These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nexra Esports website, community features, and store. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. Store purchases require you to be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction.

You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to access private systems, scrape at scale, or use the site to harass, defraud, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Product listings, prices, and availability may change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel orders where an item is unavailable, a price error occurred, or fraud is suspected.

Products are made to order. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by destination and season.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and import duties are calculated at checkout or collected by the carrier where applicable. Payment is processed by our ecommerce provider; we do not store full card details.

Shipping and return terms are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Because products are made to order, general returns and sizing related returns are not accepted. Quality or production issues are replaced or refunded.

The Nexra name, logo, crest, site design, photography, copy, and other content are owned by or licensed to Nexra Esports. You may not use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You may share links and short excerpts for commentary or reporting with appropriate attribution.

If you submit content to us, including applications, messages, or community posts, you confirm you have the rights to share it and grant us a non exclusive licence to use it for operating, promoting, and improving Nexra.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with our community standards.

You may not cheat, match fix, exploit bugs, harass others, discriminate, impersonate Nexra staff, or violate any applicable law while representing or interacting with Nexra. Additional standards are available from the Nexra team.

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexra disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexra Esports is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
