Nexra products are produced on demand. This keeps inventory lean and avoids deadstock. It also means timelines and returns work a little differently.
When will my order ship?+−
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 business days before dispatch. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Do you ship worldwide?+−
Yes. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country.
How does sizing run?+−
Both Drop 01 pieces have a relaxed, dropped shoulder fit. They run true to size. If you prefer a closer cut, size down one. Full garment measurements are on each product page.
What is the return policy?+−
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing related returns. If there is a print error, damaged item, or visible quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
Can I change or cancel my order?+−
Orders enter production quickly. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update or cancel before production starts.
How do I contact support?+−
Use the contact page or email support@nxraesports.com with your order number. Include photos for any quality issue so we can resolve it on the first reply.
